- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon White Pepper
- 3/4 cup Garlic Red Wine Vinegar
Mix Dry Ingredients
Add Vinegar
Slowly blend in the Tropics Best Virgin Organic Coconut Oil
Pour over shredded cabbage and enjoy.
